Cooking Instructions

Simmer chicken wings, water, sugar, and sake in a saucepan for about 30 minutes. Add some water when the water evaporates.

Add soy sauce and umeboshi, and boil over medium heat.
- 3
When the broth has reduced, ladle the broth over the chicken for shine.
- 4
Transfer to serving plates.
