Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 cupsigar
  • 6eggs
  • 1 tablespoonbp
  • 1tblspn vanilla flavor
  • 1Simas/250g butter
  • 1/3buttermilk

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixer..add butter and grounded sugar mix well

    Add the eggs one after the other.. mix well add baking powder and vanilla flavor

    Add flour and the buttermilk and mix for some minutes don’t over mix it

    Scoop the batter into cupcake tins and bake in preheated oven at 180C until golden In color
