First Heat up milk and add sugar in it. mix cornflour with water.

Add Sugar and cornflour mixture into simmering milk and cook continuously till thicken.

Add cream after thicken and mix well. At last mix rose water in it.

Pour pudding into dessert cups and let them set.

In a pan add water and rose syrup then cook it till simmering.

Now dissolved the water and cornflour and mix in red syrup.

Cook till syrup slightly thicken and transparent again.

Let the syrup lukewarm then pour into pudding cups.

Garnish desserts with chopped pistachios.

Decorate with chandi warkk and it's ready! Seve chill.
