Pot in Palm oil to a dry pot, heat up,reduce heat,stirfry pepper,okpei and groundnut in low heat for 2mins,add beef and stock,you may add Lil more water,add others except vegetable,bring to boil,add waterleaf,stir,heat must be low,taste to adjust with salt or seasoning,pls never cover the pot when vegetable is in,cook for 1min, add Ugu,stir,cook 1min,turn off heat,still don't cover,till it comes to room temperature or cools,enjoy with morsel of choice or carb!
