Ingredients

  2. 1Capsicum
  3. 1medium Onion
  4. For marinate
  5. For green masala
  6. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  7. 1/4 cupMint leaves
  8. 3-4green Chillies
  9. 4-5 clovesGarlic
  10. 1/2 inchGinger
  11. 1 tsplemon juice
  12. For marinate
  13. 1 cupCurd
  14. 3 tbspBesan
  15. 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  16. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  17. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  18. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  19. 1 tspChat masala powder
  20. 1 tsplemon juice
  21. 2 tspOil
  22. As neededKasuri methi
  23. as required Oil for cooking
  24. For Tikka Masala
  25. 1 tspCumin seeds
  26. 2-3Onion
  27. 1 tspGinger Garlic paste
  28. 3 tbspCashew paste
  29. 2-3Green chillies
  30. 1 tspCoriander powder
  31. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  32. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  33. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  34. 1 tspGaram masala powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For Green Chutney
    In blender add Coriander leaves,Mint leaves, Green chillies, Ginger, Garlic, lemon juice,Salt and blend into puree.
    Keep aside.

    For Haryali Paneer Tikka
    Cut Paneer, Capsicum and Onion in big pieces.keep aside

    In mixing bowl add Curd,gram flour, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder,chat masala,lemon juice,kasuri methi,oil,blended green masala and mix well.
    Add Paneer, Capsicum and Onion mix it well. Marinate for 30-40 mnts.

    Heat oil in pan add marinated Paneer, capsicum and onion.Cook until golden in color from all sides remove keep aside

    For Hariyali Tikka Masala
    Heat oil in pan,add cumin seeds stir

    Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown in color.Add ginger, garlic paste, chopped green chillies,salt mix.
    Cook for 2-3 mnts.

    Add Cashew paste (grind 2-3 spoon of Cashew adding little water) mix well cook for 5 mnts on low heat

    Add Coriander powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder,and garam masala powder mix and cook for 3-4 mnts.
    Add leftover marinate.Cook little.

    Now add cooked Paneer, Capsicum and Onion and mix well.
    Cook for another 5-7 mnts on low heat.

    Remove from fire.
    Serve hot with Roti or Naan
