Boil oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Add ginger-garlic paste
Saute till light brown shade. Add 1/4 spoon chili powder and fenugreek powder 1/4 spoon on sim flame for 1minute. Add curry leaves. - 2
Add dates chopped and tamarind dissolved in water to above mixture. Add nutmeg fruit 1/4 spoon. Saute it well. Add sarkara fluid honey consistency 1/4 cup time 5 minutes.

Add salt and Asafoetida powder.
Now it's ready to serve. - 4
Goes good with fried rice. Sweet flavor. Try and tell.
