Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 170 gramsGround meat
  2. 1/2Onion
  3. 2 tbspCorn
  4. 2 tbspBoiled soy beans (or mixed beans)
  5. 200 mlBoiled canned tomatoes
  6. 1Tomato
  7. 1 tbspFlour
  8. 1 dashCoriander, if you have it
  9. 1/4 tspChili powder, cumin powder
  10. Salt and pepper
  11. 1(to taste)! Easy melting cheese
  12. 3sheets Tortilla

Cooking Instructions

    Make the filling Add about a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan. Add chopped onions, then the minced meat and cook well. Add minced tomato, corn, and beans. Flavor with salt and pepper, and set aside.

    Make the sauce In a container with about a tablespoon of oil, add flour, the spices, and canned tomatoes. Add 100 ml water and a bit of salt and boil for 10 minutes.

    Lightly butter a heatproof plate and spread a bit of the sauce.

    Spread a little sauce on the tortilla, and add a third of the filling.

  5. 5

    Cover with lots of cheese.

    Roll it up and lay on the plate from Step 3.

    Top with lots of sauce and cheese. It'll also be delicious if you add your favorite powdered cheese and garlic powder.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 355°F/180°C and it's done!
