Roasted Masala peanuts are one of my favorite tea-time snacks. This is also very easy to cook and at the same time a healthy snack too. Peanuts are rich in protein and Black pepper has anti-inflammatory properties and high in antioxidants. And the combination of both works great together.

Steps

Dry roast peanuts until they turn crunchy. Keep the flame on low while roasting, it takes 12-15 minutes or more.

Further, add in black pepper powder, chaat masala, chili powder, and black salt along with ghee.

Mix all together until masalas coated peanuts well. Adjust salt and Turn off flame. Let it cool completely. Roasted Masala Peanuts are ready.

Store it in an airtight container for 12-15 days. And relish whenever you want. Enjoy 😊.
