Ingredients

35 - 40 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. For frying paneer
  2. 1 tspbutter
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1 cuppaneer cubes(250 g.)
  5. 1 tspkashmeeri red chilli powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. For Gravy -
  8. 2 tspbutter
  9. 1/2 tspoil
  10. 2bay leaves
  11. 2big black cardamoms
  12. 2small green cardamoms
  13. 2-3cloves
  14. 4-5black pepper
  15. 1cinnamon stick
  16. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  17. 2big chopped onion
  18. 4chopped tomatoes
  19. 2-3chopped green chilies
  20. 7-8nos cashew nut
  21. 1 tspturmeric powder
  22. 1 tspkashmeeri red chilli powder
  23. 1 tspgaram masala
  24. 1 tspcoriander powder
  25. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  26. 1 tspkasoori maithi
  27. 3/4 cupmilk
  28. 2 tspcream
  29. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  30. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

35 - 40 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take a wok and heat the butter, oil... Put paneer cubes add red chilli powder and salt stir fry until light golden.. And take out the dish.

    Now same pan heat butter and oil add bay leaves, big cardamom, small cardamom, clove, blackpepper,cinnamon and stir a few minutes, add ginger garlic paste mix well stir few seconds....

    Now add chopped green chilies, onion and tomatoes saute for few minutes, add cashew nut stir mix well and puree the mixture.. (leave bay leaves)

    Now heat a another pan add butter and oil.. Once butter starts flutter, add the pureed mixture in pan mix it, let it simmer

    Now add coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder mix well

  6. 6

    Keep stirring, let the gravy simmer and add kasoori maithi mix it

    Now add fried paneer cubes to the simmering gravy and stir it

    And Now add milk and mix thoroughly

  8. 8

    Let it come to simmer and then add cream and along with cardamom powder mix it well

  9. 9

    Now serve hot and garnish with some coriander leaves...
