Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. Shredded fish (cooked/fried)
  3. 3scotch bonnet pepper
  4. 1big onion
  5. 1 tea spoonsalt
  6. 2maggi cube
  7. 1onga
  8. 1 tea spooncurry & thyme
  9. 2 serving spoonoil
  10. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Sift flour into a bowl add little water & mix to make a dough. Then cover the dough & set aside. In pan add the shredded fish, the oil, grated scotch bonnet pepper & onion.

    Stir every thing well then add in the seasonings I.e maggi, salt, onga, curry & thyme stir & cook for a couple of minutes then off the heat. Dust your surface or chopping board bring out the dough roll it into a square shape as seen here then add in the fish sauce in the middle & fold the dough as illustrated in the picture.

    Then use a knife to cut into cylinder shape as seen in the picture then put them on a baking pan use fork to prick them gently.Break & whisk the egg & apply the egg mixture on the fish roll then bake in a pre-heated oven until golden brown allow to cool & serve & enjoy..bonne appetite😋😋😋happy eating.
