Minute steak with Portabella mushroom

Minute steak with Portabella mushroom
Steps
- 1
Marinate the beef with garlic, salt and pepper, leave them in the fridge.
- 2
Cook the portabella mushroom with a bit of water and cover with lid, set aside. I don't use any seasoning as the steak and gravy are already very tasty.
- 3
Pan fried the steak for about a minute on both sides. Set on the plate and put the mushroom on top.
- 4
Stir the gravy with hot water in a small bowl, stir well then pour them on the steak. Ready to serve.
