Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1 cupmoong dal
  3. 2 tbsp garlic minced
  4. 2 tbsp green chillies chopped
  5. 1small tomato chopped
  6. 1small onion chopped
  7. 1 sachetMaggi masala_e magic
  8. 1 tbsp salt
  9. 2 tbsp desi ghee
  10. 1 cumin and mustard seeds
  11. 1/2 tbsp turmeric and asafoetida
  12. 2 tbsp peanuts

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice and keep aside. Wash moong dal,add chopped half quantity of garlic,green chillies, tomato and onion.pressure cook it. Give 2 whistles.

    Now cook rice separately give 2 whistles. After cooling both.heat deep pan. Whisk dal neatly.add ghee to pan.

    Once hot add remaining garlic, chillies, add turmeric, asfoetida, peanuts,saute till garlic turns golden.

    Now add dal mix well, add maggi masala,salt.now add cooked rice.mix well.cook for more 5 minutes.

    Serve hot with salad and buttermilk.
