I remember eating this at a restaurant before I became a vegetarian. I tried recalling the flavor of that dish with soy meat.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 160 gramsCabbage
  2. 2Green peppers
  3. 10 sliceSoy meat (sliced)
  4. 1Sesame oil
  5. Seasoning
  6. 2 tbspMiso
  7. 4 tspBeet sugar
  8. 1 dashSalt
  9. 1/2 tspPowdered kombu
  10. 2 tbspSake

Cooking Instructions

    Reconstitute the soy meat in hot water.

  2. 2

    Chop the cabbage and the green peppers.

  3. 3

    Heat Step 2 in sesame oil in a frying pan and when they have cooked a little bit, add your soy meat from Step 1. Try not to overcook it!

    Combine the seasoning ingredients well and then pour into Step 3, and it's all done.
