Steps

Preheat oven to 220c.

Toss the potatoes in the oil and herbs. So they are all well-coated.
(I do this in the roasting pan or you can do it in a bowl then put them in the baking tray.) Season. - 3
Bake for 35-40 mins. Until the potatoes are tender and golden. About 10 mins before they are done, give them a bit of a stir.
