Ingredients

6persons.
  1. 11/2 cup.suji
  2. 1cup.maida
  3. 1/2 cup .rice powder
  4. 4.green chilli
  5. 1/2 teaspoon.cooking soda
  6. as required .ginger strips few
  7. 1 teaspoon.black rai
  8. 1 teaspoon.urad dal one
  9. 1 teaspoon Chana dal
  10. 10.cashew nut
  11. 11 curry leaves few
  12. 12.coriander leaves few
  13. 1 teaspoon.Salt
  14. 2 1/2 cup .curd p thick
  15. 1/2 cup.water
  16. 2bunch.for coriander chutney coriander
  17. 1/2 cup.coconut grated
  18. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  19. 1/2 teaspoon for tampering chutney) Black rai
  20. 1/2 teaspoon .urad dal
  21. 3.green chilli
  22. as needed.curry leaves few
  23. as required .hing few drops
  24. 1/2 cup.roasted chana dal

Cooking Instructions

    First dry roast your suji keep it aside.

    Then, measurement your maida, rice powder added salt, cooking soda, add up your thick curd and tampering your jeera, urad dal dal, chana dal, green chilli, curry leaves, hing, and mix well let them rest for some time. After sometime add little bit of water check your batter in a regular idlii consistency then, pour in your idli vessel let them cooked fir 12to 15 minutes. Then take out from the idli vessel preserve it in s vessel.

    Take a roasted chana dal, grated coconut, coriander leaves(small cut everything put in a mixie grinder adding sakt, green chilli. Then, tamper with, little bit of refined lol your black rai, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, hing and then salt and enjoy the chutney with, suji idli hot hot..
