Low-Carb Low-Sugar Fluffy Okara Doughnuts

I was on a low-carb diet and I wanted to eat a sweet treat. These doughnuts are safe to eat too.
For those who are on a low-carb diet. 1 doughnut contains approximately 0.3 g of sugar. Eating all of these at once only has a combined total of 5 g of sugar. Try enjoying this with a cup of coffee.
As for the gluten, I just used supermarket brand wheat flour or rice flour, etc. You can also just get whatever is available. Recipe by Sumireno usagi

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and mix well.
- 2
Form the dough into bite-sized pieces and flatten them slightly.
- 3
Start to fry them on a low temperature and once they start to turn lightly golden, raise the heat and cook until they are fully golden brown.
- 4
Put some jam on top. It makes these taste like Berliner doughnuts. If you're on a low-carb diet, then have some low-sugar jam.

Just Three-Ingredients! Okara Soy Pulp Doughnuts Just Three-Ingredients! Okara Soy Pulp Doughnuts
The old man at the tofu shop sold 1 doughnut for 60 yen. For 200 yen, I can make a ton of a homemade doughnuts (80 yen for 300 g of okara--even though I use only 200 g in the recipe, 80 yen for about 200 g of instant pancake mix, and 40 yen for 200 ml of soy milk.) With 200 yen, I could only buy 3 doughnuts. The doughnuts at the tofu shop are sold as rings, but since it's a challenge to mold them into rings, I made mine into sticks. My kid gobbles these up. They're great for snack time. For kids with dairy allergies, use allergy-free instant pancake mix. Recipe by chikappe cookpad.japan -

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -

Baked Whole Wheat and Okara Maple Donuts Baked Whole Wheat and Okara Maple Donuts
I made this as a snack for my 2 year old daughter.Maple syrup is much sweeter than sugar, but has a lower GI (glucose index) and calories!! It's also tastes great. My daughter is now able to eat many kinds of foods, but as a mother, I want her to eat food that's healthier,,,so that's what I try to make for her.Because the dough doesn't contain fat might stick to the donut maker when you bake the first batch. So, prepare the donut maker well beforehand. In my case, somehow the first batch sticks significantly to my donut maker, but from the second batch onwards, it's fine… I have no idea why!
