FOR THE RICE:

Crush the garlic and finely chop the onion. Sauté with a little olive oil, cut the cuttlefish (leave some whole for decoration) and add them to the pan. Sprinkle the chili flakes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden. Add the rice, fry for a couple of minutes, and gradually add the fish stock. Cover and cook until the rice is done 😋

FOR THE CORAL:

Mix everything, and in a non-stick pan (very hot) pour a little, and cook until the water evaporates. Place it on absorbent paper and set aside.

Plus, they’re imported from Spain!
