Grate the Beet root properly.

Heat 2 tbs. ghee in kadai & add cardamom.Then add grated Beet root & Cashew nuts on it. Fry it for 2/3 minutes in medium to low flame.

Then add milk & cook it till it turns thick. Then add sugar. When it turns dry, add ghee & cardamom powder. Switch off the flame. Cover & rest it for 10 minutes.Now hulwa is ready to be serve.Garnish with Cashew nuts.
