Mix papaya with crispy flour in a bowl.

Heat the oil pan. Add the papaya, stir fry until turn to golden brown and crispy. Scoop up and drain the oil.

In a mortar and pestle, pound the chilies and garlic until they're broken up. Add the long green beans, pounding only enough to break them up a little bit. Add tomato, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce pounding until everything is thoroughly mixed together. This dish should taste spicy, sweet, sour, and a little bit salty, so you may need to add more sugar, lemon juice, or fish sauce to taste. Sprinkle some more roasted peanut. Fried Papaya Salad ready to serve. Let’s enjoy.
