Thandai Masala Powder is a versatile masala powder that you easily make at home. With the flavors of cardamom, saffron, rose and loaded with nuts, this powder is great to flavor your milk or use in desserts! When I was little, I used to hate milk. Like hate it from the bottom of my heart. This masala powder is very useful for different types of desserts. I also make three flavours of thandai like - Kesariya Flavour Thandai, Paan Flavour Thandai and Rose Flavor Thandai using this thandai masala powder.

Thandai Masala Powder is a versatile masala powder that you easily make at home. Ingredients

  1. 🎯 For Thandai Masala Powder :--
  2. 1/2 cupalmond
  3. 1/2 cupcashew nuts
  4. 1/4 cuppistachio
  5. 1.5 tbspfennel seeds
  6. 1 tbspblack pepper corns
  7. 2 tbspmelon seeds
  8. 1 tbsppoppy seeds
  9. 10-12cardamom seeds
  10. 3 tbspdry rise petals
  11. 6-7saffron string
  12. 1/2 tspnutmeg powder
  13. 2 inchcinnemons stick Or 1/2 tsp cinnemon powder
  14. 1/4 cupthick sugar (Khadi Sugar)
  15. 🎯 For Thandai Milk :--
  16. 1.5 cuphot milk
  17. 6 tbspthandai masala powder
  18. 3 tbspsugar
  19. 1/2 cupchilled milk
  20. 🍸For Paan Flavour Thandai :--
  21. 1/2 cupthandai masala hot milk
  22. 4 tbspchilled milk
  23. 3no. Banarasi paan or betal leaves
  24. 2 tbsptutty frutty
  25. 1 tbspgulkand
  26. 1 pinchgreen food colour
  27. 👉 For Garnishing :--
  28. Tutty frutty as per required
  29. colourful coated fennel seeds as per required
  30. 1no. Cherry
  31. 🍹For Kesariya Thandai :--
  32. 1/2 cupthandai masala hot milk
  33. 4 tbspchilled milk
  34. 2 tbspsaffron milk
  35. 👉 For Garnishing :--
  36. Pistachio sliver
  37. 5-6saffron string
  38. 🍷For Rose Thandai :--
  39. 1/2 cupthandai masala hot milk
  40. 4 tbspchilled milk
  41. 1 tbspRose syrup or Roohafza
  42. 👉 For Garnishing :--
  43. Pistachio sliver as per required
  44. Dry rose petals as per required

Cooking Instructions

    First heat 1 cup of milk, cool to room temperature and let the milk chilled in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then heat 1-1 / 2 cups of milk and set it aside. Then add 5 to 7 saffron strings in 2 tablespoons of hot milk and keep aside for a while... so that the color of saffron settles in the milk.

    Now let's make home made thandai masala powder. In a mixer jar add almonds, cashews, pistachios, fennel seeds, black pepper corns, melon seeds, poppy seeds, cardamom, dry rose petals, saffron, nutmeg powder, cinnamon and big sugar. Take crushed and powdered foam. This powder can be stored an air tight jar in the fridge.

    Then add 6 tablespoons of thandai masala powder and 3 tablespoons of sugar to the heated milk, mix and keep this thandai masala milk aside for 30 minutes.

    Now we will make Pan Flavors thandai. For this, in a mixer jar, cut the Banarasi leaves into pieces with scissors and add tutty frutty and gulkand then crushed it. Now in another jar add chilled milk, prepared thandai masala powdered milk, crushed pan masala and a pinch of green color. Now add the thandai of paan flavors to the serving glass and garnish with tutty frutty, colorful coated fennel seeds and cherries on top.

    Now let’s make the saffron flavors thandai. To do this, add chilled milk, prepared chilled milk and saffron milk to the mixer jar and crush it. Now add the coolness of these saffron flavors in a serving glass and garnish with pistachio slices and saffron strings.

    Now let's make Rose Flavors thandai. For this, add chilled milk, prepared Thandai masala milk, Ruhafza or Rose syrup in a mixer jar and crush it. Now add the coolness of these rose flavors in a serving glass and garnish with pistachio slices and dry rose petals.

    Now our home made Thandai Masala Powder and Thandai of Three Flavors is ready to serve... Plate this Thandai as per your wish.. And Enjoy your Holi Dhuleti Festival with your family...

    👉 Note: - Adding ice milk makes the thandai is very thick and creamy. There is no need to add extra ice from above.
