  1. 500 gmmilk
  2. Teaspoonghee
  3. CupSevaiya
  4. 1/2 glasswater
  5. 2 tablespoonsugar
  6. as required Some Raisins
  7. as required Some pieces of cashew nuts
  8. as per taste Some pieces of Almonds
  9. 2crushed Cardamom

  1. 1

    Take a pan and add teaspoon of ghee on it,heated it, now add sevaiya on it.

    Frying until it turns light brown.

    Add sevaiya in hot milk and put it on lower flame with continuous stirring.

    After 2minutes add sugar on it with all dry fruits mentioned above with crushed cardamo mein.

    Stirring it continuously til sugar dissolved.remove from flame and enjoy as dessert

    If getting thick consistency then add hot water on it.
