2 cupsMayonnaise
1 cupplain Greek yogurt
1 cupgrated parmesean cheese
4 clovesgarlic, mashed
1/2 cupcilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tspground white pepper
1 tspfine sea salt
1/4 cupchipoltle (adobo sauce)

In a medium mixing bowl, wisk mayo, yogurt, lime juice, garlic and adobo sauce until well mixed

Slowly wisk parmesean, and cilantro in, mix thoroughly

Wisk in salt and pepper, cover and chill for 2 hours
