Firstly, in a small blender take handful mint and coriander.
also add 3 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger, 2 chilli, 1 onion
further, add 1cloves, and ½ tsp pepper.
blend to smooth paste adding water as required. keep aside.

Take a kadai,put oil in it,than add all dry masala than add onion and saute well than add all veggies saute for 2 minutes or until it turns aromatic.

Add cashews and raisins
also, add 1 tomato and saute until it turns soft and mushy.

Add in the prepared masala paste and saute well.

Now cook rice

Now add cook rice in paste n veggies. Add garam masala n chopped corainder leaves n mix welll

Finally, pudina pulao / mint rice recipe ready to be served
