Soak sabudana whole night. Next day wash properly and drain the water and grind it.

Then add urad dal, rice. Again grind it into a fine paste. Transfer to a bowl. The batter should be in thick consistency. Just like dosa batter...

Now add salt in the batter. Mix...well now the batter is ready. Heat non-stick pan. Pour spoonful batter. Spread evenly.

Cook both the sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate....

Ready to serve...
hot...Sabudana Dosa with Coconut Chutney...
