2 to 3 servings
  • 1 poundcook shrimp
  • 1/2diced cucumber
  • 1/2diced stalk celery
  • 1/4diced bell pepper
  • 1/2diced jalapeño
  • 4-6diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsdiced cilantro
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • Sprinkle smoked paprika
  • Dressing
  • 1/3 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 tbsDijon mustard
  • 1 tspsqueezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsplemon zest
  • 1/2 tspdill

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Dice all ingredients and place in a bowl
