#HBR millets are full of high fibre, protein and minerals. By adding seasonal veggies it tastes even better. Eating it along with curd gives it a cooling effect.

Soak multi millets overnight and daal for 1/2 an hour.

The heat cooker adds ghee.

Put asafoetida and cumin.
- 4
Add millets and daal along with salt and turmeric.
- 5
Add 3 times water and pressure cook it along with veggies.
- 6
Serve with curd and papad and enjoy.
