Heat pan then stir fry pork until done. Then set aside.

In same pan, pour oil and sautee ginger and garlic. Wait until fragrant. then add in dried mushroom.

Now, its time for the petchay. Mix well. Pour a little water then a little salt.

Put it back the pork. Keep mixing until petchay is half cook.
