1/4 cupquick oats
1/2 cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk (or preferred milk), separated
1/4 cupnonfat Greek yogurt (or preferred yogurt)
1/2medium banana, sliced (or preferred fruits)
1 tablespoonchocolate chips or nuts if desired

In a microwaveable bowl, add chia seeds, quick oats, and 1/4 cup almond milk (not all!). Give a quick stir and microwave for 15-20 seconds.

Add remaining almond milk, yogurt, banana, and chocolate chips.
