I make this when I run out of time (or forget) to meal prep my overnight oats. This can be completely customized to fit your needs, preferences, or what you have on hand.

Ingredients

3 minutes
1 serving
  1. 1/2 tablespoonchia seeds
  2. 1/4 cupquick oats
  3. 1/2 cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk (or preferred milk), separated
  4. 1/4 cupnonfat Greek yogurt (or preferred yogurt)
  5. 1/2medium banana, sliced (or preferred fruits)
  6. 1 tablespoonchocolate chips or nuts if desired

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a microwaveable bowl, add chia seeds, quick oats, and 1/4 cup almond milk (not all!). Give a quick stir and microwave for 15-20 seconds.

    Add remaining almond milk, yogurt, banana, and chocolate chips.

    Stir and enjoy!
