Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsChaap
  2. For Gravy-----
  3. 1 bigOnion -roughly cut, 1 small sized chopped
  4. 10-12Garlic cloves
  5. 2 Green chillies whole
  6. 1Tomato big sized cut into 2 halves
  7. 1 inchGinger
  8. Whole Soices -------
  9. 1 tspJeera
  10. 2 big Cardamom
  11. 1 Javitri
  12. 2Bay leaves
  13. 1 Cinnamon Stick small sized
  14. Dry Spices ----
  15. 1/2 tsp eachDhaniya powder, Haldi powder, red chilli powder, garam masala
  16. 1 tspKitchen king masala
  17. 1 tspKashmiri mirch
  18. 1 glassWater
  19. as requiredOil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Remove sticks from the Soya Chaap. Cut into pieces of 1.5 inches. Now in a pan take one glass of water and add a big onion, garlic cloves green chillies, tomato and Ginger & boil it for 5 minutes.

    Pour all these in a mixer grinder, make a paste out of these.
    Fry all the chaap pieces by adding a little oil.

    Now in a pan add oil jeera, big Cardamom, cinnamon Stick, black pepper, cloves & bay leaves and add haldi powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala & kitchen king masala.

    Now add red chilli powder followed by paste which we already prepared. Add salt to taste & cover it. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

    After that add Kashmiri Red Chilli and then add all the chaap. Mix well & add water to it.

    When it starts boil cover the lid and cook for 8 minutes.
