Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsoya chaap
  2. 1 cuptomato puree
  3. 1 cuponion puree
  4. 2green chilli finely choopped
  5. 1 tspginger grated
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1 tspchaap masala
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspbutter
  11. 2-3 tspfresh cream
  12. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Remove stick from chaap and cut chaap in pieces

  2. 2

    Take a pan add oil and heat

  3. 3

    Add Jerra, green chillies, ginger saute it for 2 min

  4. 4

    And onion puree saute it for 4-5 min

  5. 5

    Add tomatoe puree saute it for 3 min

  6. 6

    Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, chaap masala

  7. 7

    Add water as required to adjust gravy

  8. 8

    Add chaap pieces and mix it

  9. 9

    Saute it for 2 min

  10. 10

    Add butter,cream and garnish with coriander
