Steps

Soak grains overnight.

Next day,boil till tender and mashed.

Blend together half of coriander,mint and chillies.

Finely chop the tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in ginger garlic and saute for 2 minutes.

Add in minced meat,sal,pepper and blended mixture.

Bhoono it well.

Add in tomatoes and cook covered till tomatoes and meat are tender and moisture evaporates.

Add in boiled grains,turmeric and 2 cups of water.

Cook covered for 10-15 minutes.

Add in onion,ginger and remaining greens.

Serve hot.
