This Prasandham done on Ganesh Chaturthi.Rice based inner stuffing done by the materials of urad dal,coconut,green chilli,curry leaves and tadka..You have to soak in water urad dal ,green chilli,curry leaves ,for sometime grind it and steamed the balls in a idli vessel broken it and and make a Thaduka it with the help of refined oil add grated coconut your stuffing ready make rice powder in to well cooked postion with the help of hot water make dough a prepare your modak inside stuff your already prepared material.Then steamed in a idli vessel for 12minute ready to serve..

First take your rice wash nicely soak it in a water for 3to 4 hours then completely dry with help of strainer and in a dining table spread a white cloth let them dry for some time.then transfer in to your mixie grinder make a fine paste and seive it nicely.keep it in a container.

Next step take urad dal green chillies,curry leaves,everything soak it in a hot water for sometime and remove the water add little bit of water and salt make a good paste.then immediately take the idli vessel and pour the dough in to idli tray by adding a pinch of hing.and steamed it for 12 minute then cool it and make a tadka for this. pour oil in your kadai and add black rai,urad dal,channa dal,curry leaves, a pinch of hing,sukka red chilli and combine everything in dough. finally add coconut

Your inside (stuffing)dough is ready.

Next step is take the rice powder and take a kadai pour some water,mix a pinch of salt and til oil and slowly pour your rice powder if needed add some more water to cook nicely.and after sometime your dough cool down add some more drops of til oil make a good dough like Puri consistency..cover it with a nice cotton cloth let them rest for sometime..

Next step is take a roti plate apply some oil over it take a rice dough make a lemon size balls.Make a round shape balls with the help of your hand inside
Stuff the urad dal prepration and close in properly i have taken a press type Somashi cutter.you can also try in the same way. - 6
Everything finished again you have to take idli vessel for all modak to be steamed for 15minutes. your urad dal modak is ready to eat.

In my house this modak is everyone's favourite because sugar patient can also eat without any problem.
