Nutritious and delicious, iron rich staple food.. Parathas prepared with wholesome seven grain flours and veggies, make healthy breakfast meal.
Steps

In mixing container add all mentioned flours. Add grated carrot, mashed potato, chopped coriander leaves,salt, green chilli ginger paste, turmeric powder, curd.

Mix, add oil. Bind with little water to make smooth semi stiff paratha dough.

Knead dough and divide into 7- 8 equal portions.make flattened balls. Roll each prepared flattened balls into round 4" diameter paratha.

Roast on griddle on low - medium flame with ghee on both sides. Similarly prepare all saat dhan parathas.

Serve/Relish Delicious Nutritious Hot Saat Dhan Parathas with fresh curd in breakfast.
