For Custard filling - in a pan boil full-fat milk on high flame until reduced to half. Set aside 1/3 of it and to the rest add milk mixed with custard powder which is without lump and stir well. Add sugar and mix well. The custard filling is ready, set aside to cool completely.

For Dry fruits - in a pan heat ghee and add chopped fry fruit, roast for 1 min, and set aside.

For Sewai Basket - in a pan heat ghee and add roasted Sewai and roast for 2-3 mins, add the earlier 1/3 cup reduced milk, mix well, add powdered sugar and mix well, cover to cook for 2 mins, switch off the flame but keep it covered for 15 mins.

Keep it covered.

While it’s still hot take a cupcake tray and place plastic sheets, place the Sewai, and with the back of the spoon press it down, refrigerate for 3 hrs.

Demould and add custard, garnish with dry fruits and enjoy 😊
