Ingredients

Stovetop 15 minutes. Crockpot 90 minutes.
A crowd
  1. 14 ouncepackage pork chorizo sausage
  2. 1 can (10 ounce)diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (Rotel)
  3. 3 tablespoonsdiced jalapeños
  4. 3 tablespoonsjalapeño juice
  5. 8 ouncepackage cream cheese cut into cubes
  6. 8 ouncesprocessed cheese cubed. I used Velveeta queso cheese

Cooking Instructions

Stovetop 15 minutes. Crockpot 90 minutes.

    Cook and stir chorizo sausage in a skillet over medium high heat 5-7 minutes to throughly cook. Drain.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir until completely melted and blended.
    Alternatively you can put cooked sausage and all other ingredients in a crock pot on low, stir occasionally until cheese is melted 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
