Baby Rohu fish curry with vegetables #Cookpad

Marinate the fish with salt & turmeric powder. Heat oil in kadai & fry the fish both side well. Keep aside.

Cut all veggies. Fry dried lentil dumplings in oil. Keep aside. Then add kalonji & green chillies in oil. After splattering, add potato & brinjal. Fry it for 2 minutes in medium flame.

Then add drumsticks & fry it again. Add 1 1/2 cup water in it. Boil & add fried fish. Cover & cook it for 5 minutes in low flame. Then open the cover, add dried lentil dumplings & salt. Cook it for 5 minutes in medium to low flame. It's done. Healthy & tasty fish curry is ready to serve.
Serve it with steamed rice.
