Tangy Dressing of fresh parsley on grilled steaks that replaces all other rubs, condiments, spices and sauces, nothing else needed.

Ingredients

5 minutes
2 people, 2 steaks
  1. 1 cupfresh washed parsley
  2. 4 Tbsfresh peeled shallot
  3. 4 Tbsolive oil
  4. 2 Tbsred wine vinegar
  5. 1 Tbslime juice
  6. 2garlic cloves, peeled
  7. 1/2small fresh hot red or green pepper
  8. 1/2 Tspseasalt
  9. Equipment: food processor, jar and spoon to serve
  10. Cost: pennies

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Pulse parsley stems first in food processor, then other ingredients. Rest five minutes for flavors to blend. Scoop into jar.

    Serve Tbs per steak on top of grilled steak.
