Steps

Steam amla in a pressure cooker.(Do.not dip them in water.)Keep them in a bowl.Let it cool.

Grind raee, fennel seeds and kalonji coarsely.

Heat oil in a pan.When it becomes steaming hot,switch off by the gas.Let it cool..

Deseed the amlas.Mix all the spices and oil.Mix it well.Tra nsfer it in a glass bottle and keep it in the sun for 2 days.It is ready to serve.
