Wash the chana dal.
In a cooker add the chana dal, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, garam masala powder & jeera with 2 cups of water. Pressure cook till chana dal is fully tender and water dries. Cool it - 2
Grind the cooked chana dal in a blender, remove in plate add chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, red chilli powder, soya sauce, mustard sauce, chaat masala,chopped green chillies, ghee,boiled mashed potatoes and salt mix well

Then make round kababs, heat oil in a pan,shallow fry them. Serve hot. Garnish with onion and mint
