Almighty ayamase
I don't like white rice
But with AYAMASE, bring it on please.
Steps

Season and cook your beef, eggs, pọnmọ, offals and fish

Prep your locust beans by washing off excess salt. If using dried one, soak for few minutes and wash off.

Bleach your palm oil as above.
Add locust beans.
Add and sauté your sliced onions (medium heat till onions become translucent) - 4
Roughly blend your coloured pepper
Green is most desirable, you can also use orange, yellow and maybe red. Add rodo or hot pepper as desired.
Add to pot on fire. Leave unopen, stir occasionally and allow to fry.
To hasten frying, you may seive off excess fluid in your pepper mix. - 5
Add meat stock if available

Allow stew to fry properly by stirring occasionally on medium heat

Peel your boiled eggs and fork your eggs haphazardly
This is to allow the stew to penetrate (ẹyin tó ti muta😁) - 8
Add your cooked proteins.
Sprinkle little crayfish powder
Cover pot and leave on low heat for few minutes.
Stew is ready!! - 9
Serve with your preferred food (Rice & plantain)
