Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gcooked konjac rice
  • 50 ggrated cauliflower
  • 200 mlcoconut milk
  • Himalayan salt adjust to preference
  • 1 table spoonpsyllium husk powder
  • 1 table spooncoconut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir fry the cauliflower with using the coconut oil

  2. 2

    Then add in the konjac rice and stir again

  3. 3

    Add in coconut milk,psyllium husk,him salt and let it boil

  4. 4

    Reduce fire and cover the pot with lid.check and stir regularly

  5. 5

    Once it has the texture of cooked rice,off the stove.

  6. 6

    You can put it into a cylinder like container and leave it for an hour before you cut it.

    Or you can just eat it in loose from.

  7. 7

    Best to eat with rendang or any dishes you prefer.
