Ingredients

  • 2 cupChiwda (pre roasted)
  • 3/4 cupGud
  • 1 tbspGhee

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In Kadhai add ghee and allow to melt, add Gud and allow to melt, cook under medium flame till Gud turns sticky till one string consistency.

    Add Chiwda and mix well, turn off flame, mix well.

    Immediately transfer to a greased thali, and start making balls / Ladoos while its warm.
    Ladoos are done.
