Chicken Karahi

In a pan, heat oil. Saute some cuim seeds.
Add chicken pieces and potatoes. saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add curd and salt and mix together well. Keep the flame medium to high as to dry out the water left from chicken and yogurt. - 2
Add Ginger garlic paste and saute well add all the spices and tomatoes.
Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. - 3
Add kasuri methi and check for the consistency. If needed add 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Serve hot with RumaliRoti and/or Rice - 4
For the RumaliRoti,
In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
Add yogurt and warm water and knead into a soft dough.
Keep aside for 15 minutes. - 5
Now make small lemon size balls out of the dough.
Take one dough ball at a time Roll out into a Puri.
Add some Kalonji seeds and roll into a thin chapati. - 6
Heat a tawa and cook the roti from both the sides.
Apply butter or ghee if you wish. Fold and keep in a casserole or covered in a box so the rotis stay soft until served.
Serve hot with any gravy of your choice
