In a vessel add millet flour, 2 tsp sesame, salt and water as required and knead the dough after grinding. Keep aside 2 tbsp flour. Now make small balls of the kneaded dough, put some flour and a little sesame on the chakala and pat the dough with your hands to make roti. After heating the pan, put roti on it and apply sesame seeds and some water on it.

Now flip the roti and shake it well from both the sides.

Serving hot bajra roti, mix bhogi ki sabzi, red chilli thecha, butter. Along with sweet sesame jaggery laddoos.
