Cold Tofu with Garlic Spring Onion & Fried Shallot

There is a popular Japanese dish called ‘Hiyayakko’. It is basically cold soft type Tofu. You can eat it with just Soy Sauce, but we often add a variety of condiments, herbs, vegetables, etc. Spring Onion and Bonito Flakes are popular. I like Kimchi. ‘Hiyayakko’ is a quick and easy dish that is perfect on a hot summer day. Here is my newest invention. It is actually very filling.
