Turkey with Sausage and Sage Stuffing

Make up the stuffing according to pack instructions. Prepare a sheet pan or surface and spread stuffing into a 1 inch thick square to allow to cool quickly and evenly.

Roll the sausage meat into a rectangle (if not already).

Slice the stuffing into 8 sections.

Slice the sausage meat into 8 sections

Take the first turkey breast and the slide open, leaving 1 side still attached.

Add in 1/8th of the sausage mixture.

Add in 1/8th of the stuffing.

Close the turkey breast as much as possible, then roll in 2 slices of prosciutto.

Place each piece in an oven tray ready and repeat on all the fillets.

I often like to prepare mine in advance so will cover these and pop in the fridge till the evening.

Once ready, drissle with olive oil, cover with foil and pop in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 fan.

Uncover and return to oven for 15 minutes.
