Palak paneer

Chop palak blanch it and make puree with green chilli

Cut paneer in cubes fry it and put in water to keep it soft

Make puree of Tomato onion ginger and green chilli besan or makkai aata

Take kadai add butter jeera hing and tomato puree, add red chilli powder pinch of turmeric powder salt and pinch of sugar mix well

Add palak puree and mix well

Strain water of paneer add paneer in it mix well add lemon juice
Garnish with cream ginger juliens and green chilli
