I love tech. So here is a recipe that I asked AI to share with me. I asked for a healthy light bowl with fish without ready-made sauce. Aand, it shared this recipe
with me. I like tasty but healthy recipes and this recipe deserves 10/10.
The sauce is pretty delicious. Salmon cooked sooo well, not too dry, not undercooked.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2salmon fillets (or other fish of your choice)
  2. 2 cupscooked quinoa/brown rice
  3. Roasted veggies of your choice or veggies like edamame cabbage etc
  4. 2 tablespoonsgreen onion
  5. 1/2 cupcucumber
  6. 1/2 cupshredded carrot or simply moon shaped carrots
  7. Sauce
  8. 2 tablespoonssesame seeds
  9. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  10. 1 tablespoonhoney
  11. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  12. 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  13. 1 teaspoongrated ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on top.

    Season the salmon with salt and pepper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
    While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice according to package instructions.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
    To assemble the bowl, place the cooked brown rice in the bottom of the bowl, then add the sliced avocado, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, edamame, and sliced red cabbage on top.

    Once the salmon is cooked, place the fillets on top of the veggies in the bowl.
    Drizzle the dressing over the top of the bowl.
