This is one of the famous and Authentic Indian Staple gluten free flatten bread or Roti, which is very easily prepared and tastes awesome with regular meals ❤️
Steps

Take the flour for binding the Dough
Mix both the flour, salt and oil - 2
Bind semi soft dough by adding lukewarm water and knead the dough nicely.

Rest the dough for minimum 10-15 mins.

Now take the small portion of dough and start rolling the Roti or Phulka like our normal Phulka by dusting dry flour.
- 5
Roast them on both sides at medium flame. Apply Ghee or butter as per your choice and serve them hot with your meals ❤️
