Foil Cooked Miso Flavored Pork

This is something I had previously made.
I used red miso. I think you can also make this with just white miso, or by mixing red and white miso (awase) and it will be good.
You can use whatever veggies you like. Using cabbage or a variety of mushrooms sounds delicious. For 4 people. Recipe by Manekinekonyan

Cooking Instructions

Cut the pork in half and sprinkle salt and pepper. Wash the bean spouts, and strain. Slice the onions, and slice the Japanese leek diagonally.

Mix the • ingredients together to make the miso dressing. Prepare four 30cm squares of aluminum foil.

Place the bean sprouts, onions, pork, miso dressing, and Japanese leeks on the center of the foil in that order.

Firmly seal the aluminum foil from Step 3.

Cook Step 4 for about 15 minutes in a toaster oven, and it is done!!

I cooked it using the fish grill on my stove. It will get a nice grilled look, making it look delicious.
